The hotel is ten out of ten, the location is one of the best (in the heart of Barcelona), the rooms are very nice and have all the amenities. I was lucky enough to be attended by Mrs. Patricia GSL who made the stay even better, the truth, everything excellent.
Excellent staff, unbeatable location, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds. The room is well equipped: minibar, bathrobes, plenty of space in the room. The hotel offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. A good starting point. The only drawback was that the air conditioning did not work and the window would not open (410 degrees). It was quite hot at night and it would have been nice to be able to adjust the temperature.

I stayed in an ME+ Studio Suite and had a really excellent experience. The hotel has a strategic location: it is easily accessible from the airport by public transport and is an ideal base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, safe and perfect for families, with numerous restaurants nearby; the hotel's excellent restaurant, "Traca", is also worth a visit.
The hotel is modern, stylish and offers a wide range of services, from a personal concierge to a spa. My room was spacious, quiet, spotlessly clean and equipped with every amenity, from a Dyson hairdryer to a full range of toiletries and accessories. The staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive to my every need: a special thanks to Emma who, with great professionalism, attended to my every request and made my stay unforgettable.
If I had to mention one small aspect to improve, it would be the breakfast: it was good, but I expected a slightly larger buffet. On the first day, the only coffee and cappuccino I had were from a vending machine, although from the second day on, they were served at the bar if I asked for them. I would have appreciated freshly made pancakes and crepes.
All in all, an extraordinary stay in a beautiful property with high quality services and impeccable staff, thank you all very much!
